JAMES H SHELTON, MD, FACC
Dr. James Shelton is a native Texan who graduated with honors from Saint Marks School of Texas, Harvard College and Harvard Medical School.  He trained with Dr. Eugene Braunwald and served as a major in the Army.  His private practice has been solely at Baylor in Dallas, and for the past 11 years as a member of North Texas Heart Center, P.A.  With research interests in nuclear cardiology, he helped start the lab at Baylor.  Early on, he became involved in coronary angioplasty.  He is board certified and is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Clinical Council of the AHA.  Dr. Shelton’s practice focuses on cardiology, nuclear cardiology, cardiac catheterization and angioplasty.
