The VELOCITY factory!!!

In May 2004, my Dad and I traveled from Santa Fe, NM to the Velocity factory to (finally!) have our interior installed. The factory is a bustling place, The pictures below give a behind the scenes glimpse into the process by which our kits are made and delivered to us. There's a lot more to be seen and some wonderful people to be met that I didn't get a chance to snap a photo. The folks in the front office have always been helpful as have the guys on the factory floor who work hard at making the molded parts and fast build kits. The pictures of the Service Center are pre-hurricane(s). The original building, unfortunately, no longer exists. Lucky for us, however, the factory has rapidly moved on and the Service Center is once again active in different buildings. The factory itself made it through relatively unscathed. Brendon and Mike confer regarding an ongoing project. One of my plane's seats is seen next to Brendon. My guru and all around great guy, Nathan Rigaud. Nathan has trained many a Velocity pilot. Jeff Driscoll has installed the interiors of many Velocity's at the Service Center. His extensive experience makes for quick and clean job. He sat down and discussed exactly what we wanted. The interior work can be as simple or as elaborate as you want. He can be contacted through the factory. Nathan and Mike discuss an engine annual.
